Immunization Records

The state created an app called "Docket" and its purpose is to give parents/guardians an easy way to access and share their students' immunization records.  It's so easy to use; you just sign in with your MyAlaska account (the same one we use to apply for our PFDs) and then add your students in the app using their birthdays.  Then parents get instant access to their immunization record on file with the State, and they can quickly email it to the school using the share button.
