Student Activities and Sports

Our students love to participate in extracurricular activities such as subsistence hunting and gathering, Cup'ig cultural events, basketball, and NYO (Native Youth Olympics), but travel costs are prohibitive. They participate in sports activities through Zoom or by flying to a neighboring village. A round-trip flight for just one student is approximately $700, meaning many of our students miss out on life-shaping opportunities. Your donation can allow a team to visit a neighboring village for cross-country, basketball, or NYO activities.
