This is the big news!!  😀
LKSD and the Alaska Department of Education and Early Development (DEED) have officially signed the agreement to renovate Nuniwarmiut School. The total cost to fully renovate the school is estimated at around $56 million, with construction accounting for about $45 million of that budget.
The first phase is to design our school.  
This will probably take 1-2 years
